Community Involvement

Over the years Garden Gate Landscaping has been proud to participate in many different projects in the local area. Garden Gate's Day of Service 2009

Garden Gate 2009 Day of Service

In association with Planet (an industry national association) Garden Gate helped the students at Atholton Elementary School in Columbia, Maryland accomplish their goal of building a Wildlife Habitat Garden. The project was part of Althoton's goal of achieving certification as a Green School lead by their GT teacher Lisa Young and her GT students.

Below is the sketch of the garden concept and to the right side you'll see some photos of the garden installation. Go to What's Hot - What's Cool to see more photos and videos including a ABC Channel 2 interview with Ms. Young, students, teachers and parents supporters.
